Terms of Service

ScaleSaver (“the Service”) provides capacity right-sizing analysis based on numbers you supply. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Advisory only. Recommendations are estimates derived from queuing-theory models and the inputs you provide. You are responsible for validating any infrastructure change in your own environment before applying it. We are not liable for outages, cost changes, or SLA breaches resulting from acting on the analysis.

Accounts & billing. Paid plans bill monthly via Razorpay or Stripe until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use. Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
